He provides independent specialized support to our firm on issues of corporate law and capital markets. His work focuses on the analysis, design, and implementation of legal structures in matters of corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, sale and purchase of business entities, shareholder disputes, and, in general, all types of corporate agreements. He also collaborates with our corporate team on issues related to securities regulation and other regulated markets.
