His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. He advises domestic and foreign clients in processes of sale and purchase of stock and assets, the negotiation and preparation of shareholders’ agreements, capital markets’ transactions and regulation, corporate financing and restructuring, as well as private equity and venture capital deals. Additionally, he has extensive experience on corporate governance and advising boards of directors, being author of several articles on those matters.
